Breast Augmentation Before & After Case 64

This is a 27-year-old woman who is 5'7'' and 125 pounds. She wore a 34B bra and decided to pursue breast augmentation at our Sacramento practice to enhance the volume of her breasts. She had slight sagging, or ptosis, to her breasts, and we discussed the option of adding a breast lift, or mastopexy, to raise the position of her breasts. She chose to defer the lift to avoid the extra scarring and was still able to achieve attractive and natural-appearing breasts through the surgery. Dr. Yamahata placed 350 cc moderate-profile saline implants through a periareolar incision, and she now wears a full 34C bra.
